Costa Rica doesn’t have any required vaccinations, though the following vaccinations are recommended:

Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis B, when you plan to stay longer than 3 months

Typhoid, when you plan to stay longer than 3 months
